Food was wonderful
I wish I could have given a 3.5 star because that would be a better indicator of our experience. We placed our order and it was ready in a timely manner, although you have to repeatedly call to get a call through. Apparently they only have one line. The place was slammed and people were waiting to get a parking place. We got our order home and although we had asked for 4 sides of ranch dressing ( my grandkids favorite) there was none. Neither did they give us the extra tzatziki or seasoning on fries. This was the second incident of this happening. I called them, was not ugly, but frustrated and explained to them what was missing and that this was the second time this had happened. The woman on the phone said let me look at the ticket, came back and said it wasn’t on the ticket, like that made it better, no apology, just said you can talk to the manager, she basically asked what do you want me to do? I said “at least apologize for the mistake”, and I wanted to bring this to your attention that this is a repeated problem. Again, not good customer service attitude and repeated “ do you want to speak to a manager”. I said no, and hung up. The sandwiches we had were excellent, the fries were lacking our last two experiences with them. They definitely need more help and training in customer service. If and when we order again we won’t leave without checking our order.
