    We go here often and have only ever had one order get messed up. They fixed it promptly and haven't made a mistake since then. Wish they still had milkshakes, but we love the constant rotation of new sandwiches.

    Food is pretty good here .but zaxby's needs to put more seasoning on the fries. They use to be awesome but they keep putting less and less seasoning

    Great service but much smaller portions of good...very upset about my food portion.. always had nice portions.

    Was quiet. After getting our food was able to sit to relax for several hours chatting & slowly eating between. Everything was great though, atmosphere was perfect. Time flew by and hadn't realized we'd been there for nearly 4 hours.
