Booja Korean and Japanese Restaurant

Awesome place, I'll be back for sure. Great place to go on a date and try something different! Our server was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

Great food and our server was great! Tori, I think was her name. She did an excellent job taking care of us. We will absolutely be back!

We tried the New Hope Roll and Heart Attack Roll and they were amazing! Great prices on their sushi rolls. Feed a family of four for $40.

Me and my boyfriend love Korean food, but cant find a place down near charlotte that sells more than a few dishes (aka bonchon) and I was so happy to see this place!

We went opening night, and while there were a few hiccups in their system, the staff was so nice and the food was AMAZING. 1000/10 would recommend if you like korean food, or want to try Korean food, and I'll definitely go again soon!

This is my 1st time being in this restaurant sense it was wasabi. I bring that up because the The awesome chef that was there before. Is still our chef. This guy is amazing. So my best friend is married to a Korean woman And man can she cook. OK so I go in I'm sat. By a very friendly hostess. Gets my drink . And my waitress comes. We had a short but in informative conversation about the plates. The sides. And The sushi. For being the 2nd day that it was open. She was able to give recommendations. Based on her knowledge. So as I ordered my appetizer. And my main dish. I was amazed. Not only was I getting That. But any is little bowls. How was brought 5 different other things. From seaweed to kimchi. Black beans that almost tasted like chocolate. Bean sprouts. That I never knew I liked. It is a good way of doing business. Because I can now order things from that. That I never would have before. Saw I got the kimchi soup. The seasoning is just perfect. It has the ability to clean your sinuses. But Not the stinging of your tongue. Or the burning of your eyes. Perfection. I'll say the fireworks sushi was on fire. Literally what is show. And that was amazing. There is only one place. That you can go and have Korean And Japanese food . Around Gastonia. When the word gets out. There will be people coming from everywhere even Charlotte. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I can't wait to go back. And bring different people with me so they can .experience the same thing I did. Food to me is just not something to fill my stomach. I enjoy the whole experience.
