I could not have asked for a better person to do business with to help me get a great taste of back home. Prices are very reasonable. “This is our place. Always have everything we want and more. We love Jeremy, we see him on Sundays, and he always know what we like. This place makes Mt Holly what it is, for us. Charlotte has lots of hot spots but they are crowded, and too busy to really get to know your bartender. We always end up back here as our home base.”

“Went to try the new place in town. Wednesday night 1/2 price wings and $1.50 off draft beers. Wings were ok and beer was good. Atmosphere good for local bar but limited seating. Wish it was bigger. Will go back because menu looks good and other people's food looked good, too. Server was very good. ????”

“Some of the best food I've had. The pimento cheese is delicious. Not a huge menu but what they do, they do it perfectly so it's better that way. While there, they let us try the tomato bisque.. It was some of the best I've ever had. The prices are fair for the quality of the food. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was extremely friendly and prompt. She said she had only started a few weeks ago. overall I couldn't recommend them more. Excellent food, excellent service, great prices.. Give then a chance and you won't be disappointed.”

“This location is probably the best when compared to Belmont and Gastonia locations. I like white rice. So, I do expect the rice to be cooked correctly. Their shrimp sauce is not watered down like the Belmont location. Honestly, the quality of their food depends on the day of the week and who is working. It is frustrating. we have always enjoyed a quick meal from Sake Express! It has gotten to the point that I am asking who is cooking before I order. Also, I stopped eating here on slow days.”

“This is the only reasonable fast food place in this town. Not sure what all the complaints are about. Staff is always polite. The person taking your order is not intentionally slowing down the line or your order. Been here hundreds of times. It does get busy during peak hours. Food is fine. Getting out of the parking lot is a challenge for the weak. So don't hold everyone else back. When the stop light up the hill changes, it's your opportunity to go out of the parking lot. There is a side exit. But it's not really easier to use.”

“Had a baby shower for my daughter here today. Pizzas and lasagna we're very tasty. We brought our solo cups, baby themed paper plates, table cover and deco, games, cake and gifts. Nice and quiet here and we all had a great time. Mr D's staff is very friendly and accommodating. I put our food and drink order a few days in advance so all was ready to go. Thank you very much, again! Oh, we had my mother's 88th birthday there back in April. It worked out great too! So we came back again. Besides, we think their pizzas, burgers, cheese steak subs, ham n turkey club, fries, big salads and lasagna are the best. Do give them a try! Be prepared to wait a bit if you just walk in, since all is cooked fresh when ordered.”

“Great place to eat some really good chicken. I recommend the wing box with onion rings and fried okra. Enough food for two people for around 8 bucks. Workers here are always friendly and helpful. They also have really good ranch dressing. Parking is easy and they keep the place clean. Chicken strips are also excellent. Good French fries and hamburgers. Very large menu with just about anything you want.”

“Stuck over on the end with a little Chinese takeout place. Shorter counter with a bigger dining area than most. Not sure how "advanced" they are with orders to go. Obviously walk-in and phone in orders work, not sure if they do online orders or not. Service was prompt even though it appeared there was only one warming dish(?, the brown, rectangular dish they use to warm up the chopped meats).”
