“I visited on my way home from work. This is a counter serve restaurant only. No frills but nice and clean. The Food was pretty good and I was pleasantly surprised considering reviews. This is their 3rd day open so they explained why prices on menu list missing. The chicken is smoked. I think important to note that because if you don't know or haven't had smoked meat you'll be surprised. Smoked jerk chicken cooked by wood fire to be clear. Collards and cabbage very Flavorful and Mac and cheese is homemade 😋 all delicious. Try the sweet tea. Arnold Palmer style. I will be back. Much success in your new take out restaurant.”

My issue was the burger - but maybe I'm picky... It was the pre-patted frozen kind rather than hand patted w/ fresh beef. Extremely disappointed. I probably should've asked since I'm picky about that. Also, when busier, the wait for your food is quite awhile. It might just be a learning curve for them but for a hotdog, frozen burger, & pb&j sandwich, we waited at least 30-40 minutes. May try again in the future, we will see. “This place used to be Pat’s and is now under new ownership. I went to lunch with my grandma. We’re both dieting and we’re happy to have lots of healthy options (rare for small town restaurants). They have grilled meats, beef or chicken tips, salads and low carb veggies. If you’re low carb, keto, diabetic or just cutting calories this place is a good, affordable option. If not they have a good selection of breakfast and typical southern style meals.”

Got 5 big chicken tenders, 5 wings, fries a drink for only 15, I dont think thats bad. With all the food we have with definitely some leftovers, we spent around 45. Got 15 wings in total, a house fried rice, 3 drinks, chicken tenders and not stingy on the sauces at all. Will come again, good food and very chill atmosphere. 10/10”
