It's usually pretty good service and food.it's reasonable when you can use a coupon.

They are always slow but the food is good just make sure all of your food is in the bag before you pull off. They forget to give you all of your food sometimes so the can beat the time they have you waiting at the window.

I don't normally review fast food places but my experience just through the drive thru tonight was exceptional. India was extremely polite from taking my order to giving me my food. I must say I have never met an employee that seems to truly enjoy their job and customers so much. She is a true gem. Also my food came up quick and hot.

Had a large order and they missed one item. Came back for the item and got told I’m out of luck and that they didn’t miss an order. They told me I was supposed to call before I left the parking lot if I was missing an item. They claimed I was looking for free food ... I just spent almost $50 on a order and was missing a $4 item. The lady then ignored me and refused to give me numbers to corporate and the franchise owner. I have now found the numbers myself and made a complaint. I’ve been coming here for years with no issue until now. Totally unprofessional. Tried explaining that I lived far away and had to pull over twice to feed my newborn baby and by the time I got home I realized a sandwich was missing. Lady was very rude, made vulgar comments, and hung up on me. UPDATE: The assistant general manager is the nicest person and has gave us an entire new order and made sure we got everything. Thank you again, I will continue doing business with this Burger King location.
