D K Bones BBQ

I had the ribs, collards, sweet potato casserole, hush puppies, and a carrot cake cupcake. The ribs were excellent, a nice smoky char with plenty of tender juicy meat on the bone. I thought the price for the meal was definitely reasonable for the size of the meal. The sweet potato casserole was a little too sweet for my liking. It could have easily been substituted for the dessert. The large cupcake was delicious and moist.
I thought the service was friendly. The overall look of the place was of a very clean, modern restaurant. Something that most people would not expect for that neighborhood. That said, I hope this business helps the neighborhood.

This place is AMAZING!! The BBQ is excellent and the Mac and Cheese and Coleslaw are the best! I can't wait to visit again to try other items on the menu. Excellent Customer Service and I highly recommend this restaurant!

I’m so glad I found this place on my way home. What an amazing sandwich. I stopped by for some lunch for the landscaping crew. I got food for 5 for $70 and that included the tip. Everyone was very friendly, food came out quickly. I got 7 sandwiches, 5 orders of Fried okra and hush puppies. It was plenty of food! I thought I would eat 2 sandwiches, I was mistaken.

Hush puppies were delicious as well as the fried okra, but hard to go wrong there. That sandwich though… so good. I had asked for sauce, it is a new place, so I figured I’d give the sauce a try. I had completely forgot about the sauce after taking a bite of this massive sandwich. The pork was plenty juicy, and had just the right amount smoky flavor. After eating half of it I remembered the sauce and put some on to get the experience, the sauce was great, but this sandwich needed nothing.

It is take out only, so don’t expect to sit down, but they will let you use the parking lot to eat in your car if need be.

I am looking forward to trying more of the menu, especially the rib tips.

Great quality food, always clean & polite, it’s pricey but well worth it, if you want cheap food go to McDonald’s

The best ribs, beans, and hush puppies I’ve ever had. Delicious bold flavor! The ribs literally fall off the bone!! And the strawberry cupcakes? We fight over them in our house! BBQ done right! A must try!!
