(May 5, 2019, 9:27 pm)I discovered this place about two years ago. The prices are great and the portions are just about perfect for most people. I hate those dinners that over load your portion and jack up the price to cover it. While I can't eat there very often I try to whenever I'm in Greensboro around mealtime.
I really love everything about Jake's Diner, the food is always cooked properly and the wait staff is always friendly and they seem to be dedicated to making your experience there enjoyable. -

Recommend trying it out.

(March 31, 2019, 11:30 pm)It’s a 4 star for what it is a 20 year old local place with fantastic home town service. Most of the people are locals. I don’t think to much is made from scratch but it’s not that kind of place. I liked it. They have a daily special everyday today was fried chicken 2 sides and a drink for $7 I’m stuffed. It was ok.
