Embur Fire Fusion

We ate at Embur this weekend while visiting the area. Wow... Just wow! Peruvian food is my favorite and I always make a point to find it when traveling. Embur did not disappoint. My food was perfectly cooked and absolute delicious. I had the lomo saltado. One of my favorite meals I've had in a while. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Didn't know what to expect but it was very good! The soup of the day was good and the chicken and house rice were amazing! Not expensive at all and it was a trendy and very nice place!

Three of us dined on really excellent soup, salad and pizza. We were in for an early dinner and had the place to ourselves, and the service was very good as you might expect being the only customers. Our meals came amazingly fast and were top notch. Will definitely go back and try some other menu options.

Perfect! The crust is neither too soft nor too crunchy. It is burnt at the top but not all over the  bottom. Perfect amount of cheese, excellent, creamy taste, and perfect amount of sauce. The sauce tastes excellent!

The service and good were beyond incredible. The steak tip stir-fry is nothing short of award worthy. I loved this place!
