Red Lobster

It was a great surprise to find that Red Lobster has an online check in, so I ended up waiting about 5 minutes after arriving, where I would otherwise have waited about 30 minutes. The green beans and shrimp were great! Unfortunately, everything else was just okay at best. The cheddar bay biscuits were incredibly salty, making them hard to enjoy; the mashed potatoes were clearly from a box; the brocolli looked like it had gone bad; the salad was nothing more than a store bought bag of salad greens put into a bowl; and the steak looked, felt, and tasted more like a grilled piece of soft rubber than meat. No interest in coming back.

I was very impressed by our bartender today. Not only was she handling drinks she also was waiting table in the bar area. It was very busy in her area but she kept a smile on her face and she stayed up beat and pleasant. I can't remember her name, but she did an amazing job. Kudos

I love this particular Red Lobster. The staff are always SUPER friendly. The waiters and waitresses will actually have conversations with you and if you don't know what to get they will give recommendations. It doesn't sound like a lot but not many places will do that. The food is always great and they are always really busy so you know it's fresh. The salmon with shrimp is what I usually get but the crab and steak are also very good. Even the soups are decent. This is a good place for families or date nights. I recommend completely.
