    Service was amazing. Food was terrible. Everything tasted frozen. Nothing tasted fresh. Fried shrimp tasted freezer burned. What was lacking in the food was definitely made up with great customer service.

    The service is improved here. Once the reason I never went back. Seems to be better now. Food was excellent as usual.

    Server was Suzie. She was great! Our food was served very quickly and it was served fresh and hot! She kept our drinks refilled and the atmosphere was calm. Although the restaurant has a bar, the drinkers at the bar are mostly mindful of children which we brought four. We go to Applebee's on a regular basis but I must say this experience was one to remember????

    We just happen to stop in tonight. The food was good the assistant general manager on duty was amazing. He really cares about the restaurant. He let us know how long he has been with the company and was really receptive on some helpful hints we gave him to help the restaurant grow. We will definitely be back.
