Carrabba's Italian Grill

Stopped to get a meal to go. Excellent customer service. Staff was very helpful. Offered us drinks while we waited. They thought they were taking to long but we did not think so. They gave us a free desert to go with our meal. Very happy we stopped there.

Carrabba's food is good. The location (Greensboro) didn't have the best service. Got a hostess who ended up being our waitress with a bad attitude (for a restaurant with that standard). It was hard to move past because we've been to Carrabba's multiple times and never had a sour taste in our mouths from an employee there. The night got a liiiiiittttttle better. I'm assuming it was an outside situation that altered her mood temporarily so we looked past it, but it was a little rough to start. We talked to the manager and even another waiter who offered to switch tables with our waitress. Just took forever to get drinks, which is unusual for a place like that. But food....can't ever complain about that. Hot and fresh and original.

I had the special food and wine pairings for $40. It was great! If you go away hungry it's your own fault. I can't say enough about how great we were treated. The food was wonderful with the wine pairings spot on. I've already signed up for the April one. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Fantastic restaurant! Great Italian food, every time. Large menu selection. Great staff. Can get very busy, so check before you go if you're not ready to wait a bit. Highly recommend!!
