Love this place. It’s incredibly authentic and genuine. It’s almost like you can taste the hard work they put in, in every bite of food and every sip of a cocktail. There’s nowhere else
I’d recommend if a tourist wanted the best quality, most authentic representation of Greensboro.

I really enjoy the food here and usually the service is really great. However, the last two times I've visited for lunch, I've had the same server that seems to mean well but doesn't quite reach the level of service provided by the other servers. I get an hour for lunch, like most folks that work in downtown Greensboro. One time, I was left after finishing my meal for about 5-10 minutes before the server returned. This is stressful for someone with limited time that just wants to pay and get back to the office. I know I could inform the server that I have an hour, but I've never had an issue with any other server before so it just didn't occur to me to do so on that occasion. The server also informed me today that if you order a sandwich or wrap with a side salad, you must request to have the salad out first, even if someone joining you ordered an entree with a side salad that came out first without being requested. That seemed a bit off to me, and it was really awkward for me and my companion when his salad arrived and mine didn't. The servers don't ask if you want your salad first, so be sure to request it if that's what you want. I have always had my salad come out first before with other servers without having to ask, but I don't remember what I ordered so maybe it wasn't considered a sandwich/wrap. I dine here somewhat often and usually enjoy the food and service, so for me personally I will just be sure to request a different server in the future, especially after the defensive way the server reacted when I asked about the salad situation today.

Amazing service and great food. I have loved this place for years. They have a wide price range with something for everybody. Also, they have a new paint job inside and it looks very lovely.

I can't not stress enough how good this place was. The drinks specifically the martinis were absolutely amazing. The bartender was Peter and he was absolutely amazing. The strawberry martini and peach martini were great. The triple Mac and cheese was awesome. It's not the typical cheeses which make the meal the best. The chicken is in the photo and was fantastic! I think we have found a new spot in Greensboro. It's a must to try a martini from Liberty Oak.

My friend and I went for drinks here the other night and enjoyed our experience!

Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and our drinks were good. (Though it's hard to find any fault with a good glass of champagne!) Overall I wanted to write the review to recommend it as a great spot to sit outside on the patio on a warm summer night and appreciate the hustle and bustle of downtown while you enjoy a tasty sip of your favorite beverage.

It was late so we decided against getting dinner but I'll definitely write an update once I actually get to try the food, I've heard good things about it!
