Best diner in Greensboro. Fairly busy during peak hours; you may have to wait for a table. Fried chicken Thursdays are a Greensboro institution. Menu is broad for a diner and the kitchen is flexible if you want to tweak something. Portions are generous. Biscuits are cataclysmic. Breakfast options are never a disappointment.
Friendly staff and tasty breakfast!! Highly recommend you going before 9am for breakfast if you don’t want to wait potato pancakes were good cooked my bacon just the way I like it just wish they would do something different with the scramble eggs I don’t like mine that thin but other than that I will be returning
I really like this place. The food is always excellent. I recommend the fish and chips. It is outstanding as is the other food and don’t forget to add a pancake.
The staff was super friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. The food was so so good... Only got four stars because of the biscuits... Too dry for me. Everything else was great though and I will go again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend their breakfast potatoes... They are hearty and flavorful (spiced perfectly).
Excellent food and service. Good prices and large portions. It can be a bit busy and feel a little cramped inside because of that, but this is exactly what a diner should be, with lots of food options, amazingly fast service, and a team of servers who were all working together. Everything was tasty, especially their own, thicker-cut take on corned beef. Biscuits were huge. You won't leave hungry.
