    I love their salads and sides. I always visit when I'm in the south. Definitely could use a few locations north of Virginia.

    Great experience at our first Zaxby's. The cashier was so kind, friendly and helpful & chicken was delicious!

    Typical Zaxby's Chicken Fingers and Buffalo Wings. Stopped here while traveling. Easy on and off the interstate. Service was fast, friendly and professional. The food was hot and fresh. The reasturant and restrooms were clean. They were out of several sauces and ketchup but offered us others kinds of sauces at no charge.

    We had placed an online order and for some reason it didn’t get sent to the restaurant to prepare it. I didn’t mind and I had a few minutes to spare so I just watched as the workers interacted with the busy lunch crowd. Every encounter was genuine and professional. Joseph was so kind about the mishap with our order and Carolyn was thoughtful to every customer she helped, even wishing one lady a Happy Mother’s Day. I was impressed with the customer service given by this crew!
