Wendy's

When traveling Wendy's is always a good choice. The food is always consistent, fresh and hot. This location always friendly people no matter how busy they are.

Me, my mother and my granddaughter go to Wendy’s a lot. We go through the drive thru most of the time. Today we decided to go inside and have a nice sit down lunch where it is cool.
Let me start off on a positive note. We love Wendy’s in Erwin, NC! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Today was no different as far as the staff goes and how we were treated.
But when I first walked in, the little entry area had a really bad, musty smell. I went to use the restroom before ordering and it smell like raw sewage! Not like someone had just used it, it was different. Had to struggle to get passed that.
Went up to the counter to order and the counter looked as if there had been a spill that had not been cleaned up and there were flies crawling on it.
Yes I could have just left but I’m thinking, they’re just busy and will get around to it. I’ve worked in fast food so I tend to try to put myself in their shoes.
Also, there were lots of flies in the dining area and tables that needed to be wiped.
All in all, the place just has a smell.
I’m saying all this to bring it to someone’s attention so it can be worked on, not to condemn and criticize. Just constructive criticism.
Like I said before, I love Wendy’s and want to be able to continue taking my mom and granddaughter on our little outings! We enjoy it so much!

They where backed up on everything. My order was made incorrect 3 times but I was still happy with them cause they eventually got it rights and they we're funny enough to make me smile . We had a Good evening

Stopped in with my aunt for lunch and we had a burger and baked potato. It was quick and very fresh and hot. We had a great lunch with great food!
