“Firstly, I want to start off by saying our waitress was Hailey Gardner. When we told her we’d be reviewing she specifically told us her name because there’s multiple. This establishment is outstanding, with it just being opened my expectations were not high. They more than exceeded my expectations. My family and I had Hailey for two nights in a row, on the second day she greeted us with a friendly face and already remembered our orders from the night previous. She had our drinks out fast and the order out faster. The overall aesthetic and atmosphere has changed from the previous locations we have visited but it has only excelled in quality. Many reviews talk about the nostalgic aroma within the facility and I can definitely agree with that. To the reviewers who have bashed them for the wait time, please open your hearts and be more kind. Your reviews came from their very first day open with the lines out to the highway, please be more understanding and empathic. Thank you to the entire staff for making our experience wonderful, we will definitely be regulars and will be telling all of our friends and family to dine in with you all. “Very impressed with the quality of food , service, drinks, prices and so on. Service ran smoothly for a newly opened restaurant. Food was top notch. I cut my steak with a butter knife. Drinks were on point . Server was excellent. Take it from someone that has been in the service industry for years and has eaten all over the country. Also someone that likes a cocktail or 3 . “We tried Chopsticks two nights in a row. The first night service and food were excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and everything came out as ordered. The second night was a different story. Overall service was friendly but a bit on the slow side. One of the dishes ordered came out cold, one dish came out wrong and the Hibachi Tofu had a piece of actual chicken mixed in with the tofu. The sesame chicken and the dumplings were the highlight of the meal.”

“Oh waffle House, the place was rough. Tables had not really been cleaned and understand it's shift change on a Sunday morning, but really could have been better. The waitress was great. Very friendly and helpful. She made sure we had what we needed and my coffee stayed hot. The food normally very good was just a little tired and eggs dry. This is not normal for this location. Guess everyone has a bad morning. Hope it doesn't become normal??”

“Dale, one of the managers, is always helpful and nice. I don't really like speaking to the other managers there, usually they act like the customer did something wrong instead of trying to correct things. The bar usually has better service than the restaurant side. The servers on the bar side are always friendly and helpful. While the restaurant side, they can be friendly but not always helpful. The food is usually pretty good, but they have their bad days too. I've had the most amazing food and the most disappointing food from this restaurant before. I will recommend them though! Especially, their wing night special!!”
