“I don't know how, but their toast feels soft and almost like it's been microwaved. I'm just confused how toast can be done wrong. Their coffee is pretty good, but there's an obvious shift in quality and taste of any beverage you get there depending on who may be working. I've gotten coolattas of the same flavor for me and other people but have had the drinks taste completely different.”
