O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Great location close to the interstate and lots of shopping. Despite the crowd, we were immediately greeted and five minutes later, seated. Service was reasonably fast and the food was good. Prices are competitive. Had to take away one star as our waiter went overboard on attempting to upsell. More and more of the restaurant industry is becoming contaminated with this bit of sleaze. Sad, as it can ruin an otherwise pleasant dining experience.
Update 5/20/19
Stopped in late afternoon on a slow Monday. At the bar, ordered the extra loaded potato skins. Not at all loaded. Sent back. Much, much later, some really good skins were delivered, but barely hot. The manager was great about attempting to fix things. Maybe it was just a tough day for everyone.

Staff was attentive. Food was ok. Fried chicken was too dry in areas to eat. Others had no problems with their food.

For a Sunday evening not busy time I was disappointed. Ordered three meals the gentleman who answered the phone for a call in pick was almost put out to have to take the order, the steaks we ordered one should have been well and the other one should have been medium they were both cooked very well done. The sweet potato fries were burned and the third meal with chicken tenders what size for a child instead of the adult but charged for the adult plate. I usely love this place, but I was on bed rest and needed to call the order in for pick up. Just not happy this time around.

Service was outstanding. Large party with separate checks went flawlessly. Manager walking around greeting people making sure no issues. Great experience.

Clean restaurant. Promptly seated. Prompt table service. Server was friendly and checked on is often. Food was good and was cooked as ordered.

My wife had originally ordered the garlic shrimp pasta and had requested no tomatoes or bread crumbs; however, our server explained that they could not accommodate that request due to how that dish is prepared.

Our server was very courteous about this issue, brought a menu, my wife selected another entree, and all our food still came out at the same time without any delays.

I felt this issue was handled as best as it could have been.

I would recommend this location.
