“Kingmaker’s has a lot of Pros, and 1 huge Con which frankly prevents me from being more of a regular. PROS: FOOD! Best nachos I’ve had in the area. DRINKS, from local cider to beer and wine. GAME SELECTION! They have a huge variety from casual quick play, to serious long play strategy games. STAFF, always incredibly nice and helpful. CON: KARAOKE. This place is small, and a) not appropriate acoustically for karaoke, but b) not appropriate for karaoke and board gaming to happen together. I brought a small group of friends here and we were playing Munchkin, having some drinks, enjoying some food when karaoke fired up. For the rest of the game we literally had to scream at one another in order to communicate. I walked away with a huge headache, and a sore throat, and all my friends were annoyed at the whole experience. I’m not sure if karaoke brings in more business, but it certainly drove us away. Seems like a poor choice for a board game bar.”

“We tried it when family was in town for Christmas and it was so fun. I would warn people it’s a lot to casual seating with some tables throughout. We hoped for a table, but the couch and chair setup we were given were actually perfect and so comfortable. The boards are beautiful and so delicious. They have great drink choices & the service was perfect. I highly recommend.”

The owner and the bar tender are really cool and made us feel welcome and part of the club. They do have food too. Great cheese platters and pimento cheese dip!”

“*FREE Parking* Food is exceptional. My friend and I both had wings w/sides, I think the sauce was 24K Gold (or something like that) it was DELICIOUS. I read a previous comment where someone had mentioned the food & beverages were billed separately, the adult beverages are now included on the tab. Yes, having just opened they are working out some kinks. But I'm hoping people will be understanding and go with it. Food & service were both good. I wish them much success & we will return. Oh & did I mention FREE PARKING.”

“Great service and delicious food. My husband and I came here for a nice evening dinner. We sat inside next to the fireplace and it was the perfect atmosphere for a nice romantic dinner. We shared the spinach artichoke dip, along with two half portions of different pasta options and a side of mushroom risotto (this was our favorite)! Dessert was delicious and the portions were perfect. We will be back!”

“We loved the chilled out atmosphere of this vineyard. Beautiful area to enjoy a glass of wine, a flight or a tasting experience. The outside sitting area that overlooks the vineyard/highway was amazing. Open areas or covered seating are available. There is a nice gift shop outside or in the tasting room. There is a restaurant on the property but we did not try it.”

What I enjoyed the most was the Tostada de Ceviche with avocado slices and some salsa Valentina! Definitely a place to try! Hand sanitizer at each of the picnic tables. Very clean and delicious food! “Interesting place as it once was Mona Lisa. Reservations at 5:30 pm turned into 6:45 pm but it is a soft opening for the restaurant. A new place so I expect some hiccups. My summary was slow service and just finished my salad so we shall see. The chicken Marsala looked delicious, but the mushrooms were undercooked, but the sauce was excellent and the chicken was tender. So I asked if the mushrooms could be cooked a little longer and I received a fresh plate with fewer mushrooms and the chicken was over cooked but the sauce yummy; I asked for more mushrooms and got them. Yummy! My husband had the veal and shrimp dish which he enjoyed. The calamari dish was flavorful, but chewy. And the salad was fresh. The overall experience was good, but they do have some fine-tuning to do. Ambience is OK, fresh, compared to what it was once before, as Mona Lisa. A few noises actually bothered me, the doors going to the kitchen made lots of noise as you were sitting at the bar and the front door because all of them rock back-and-forth and slam and I don’t think anybody recognizes that but it’s distracting.”
