(March 1, 2019, 6:04 pm)China II nearby Harris Teeter is a great little eat in/ take out restaurant. They are friendly and gave us quick service. Had the chicken and steamed veggies in a clear broth (gluten free) and it was very tasty! Ordered large to have leftovers!
Remember soy sauce contains flour unless it's a specialty sauce. -

The staff is extremely nice and works very hard to get you fed quickly.
I would give it 5 stars if the front door area wasnt so cold when its opened.
Away from the door go check it out.
