Chili's Grill & Bar

Staff was friendly. Kids menu was good.i ordered chicken/steak/ shrimp combo. Stack overcooked, shrimp bland, and chicken seemed like processed slimy chicken, not real chicken. I am on a carb free diet, so asked for no rice, no beans, no tortillas. Asked if I could have broccoli or a vegetable instead. NO substitutions they said and charged me$2 more. Won't return. Will go to outback steak house across the street again or O'charleys across the street which are better.

Nothing really special, just another chain restaurant. They pretend to be a Tex-Mex restaurant but really limited on the Mexican food. What kind of Mexican food restaurant that doesn't have beef Taco's? This is one. Food is in my opinion OK. Nothing special but if you are looking something a little more than just a "family restaurant". You can at least get some Mexican food along with Burgers beer and Cocktails. Service was good and food was good but not great.

The food was good. The service was good. But be on guard. Our waitress asked if we wanted chips and salsa while we waited for our food so this came across as a free appetizer. It wasn't free. Thankfully the app gave it to us for free.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Table was sticky, so needed a wipe down. Waited a LONG time to order and get food (almost 1 hour). Waiter was friendly, just didn't check on us very much considering how long we were there (no refill when out of water, just asked if I wanted another mix drink). Food was pretty good. Finally asked for the check after waiting awhile for it. No offer of dessert. Okay experience, and will be back. I just feel there were areas that could be improved on.

If you're looking for a good place to take the whole family to for dinner, Chili's is a great option. They have something for everyone. The food is always hot. Our waitress was awesome. I can't believe she was able to put up with the 7 of us crazy folks ????
