Wife and I love this place....just wish it was closer to Davidson
Dinner Tonite was another great set of meals, wine, and service.
Gary was our server and did a FIRST rate job... attentive but not pushy.
Wife had the Fettechini Bolegnese and I had the veal chop special.
Wine choice was Pio Cesare,s Barbera d'Alba. A Pinot like red that is fuller and better finishing (imo).
Wish they had Strega to finish but the home supply will do just fine.

The food is a top notch Italian semi-formal restaurant, and not typical "Italian" (pizza). I have never been disappointed by any dish I've ordered. It gets very crowded though, even on weekdays. I strongly recommend making reservations no matter what. On the day we went, we didn't, but someone cancelled just as we got there, so we got very lucky.

Need to know which meal has no seafood in it? My husband and I are going and he doesn't eat seafood but loves Italian. Mostly lasagna, spaghetti, pizza, ect. Need some ideas?

The meals were great as well as the desserts. Get the baby octopus appetizer!

Interior design is well done and makes you forget that you are in a strip mall.

    Highly recommended

Best Italian around. Old school but delicious. I do find it much more enjoyable and intimate during a week night. Place can be crowded in the weekend.
