Sabor Latin Street Grill - Mooresville

First, understand my family is Mexican from Mexico City and Jalisco, & Southern California.
We tried the fish tacos, pork pastor, and carne asada burrito.
Fish tacos were ok. Different from any style we'd tried. Not great flavor on the fish, but the cabbage was good. The pastor was odd. Like a strong cumin flavor. The carne asada burrito was a disaster. I asked for a little beans, shredded cheese, pico, fries, & sour cream (Cali burrito style). The cook got mad cuz I wanted fries in my burrito. Fries were under cooked, and they put WAY too many beans. And they charged me $12 for it. Ugh!

Love going to this Sabor. It seemed at first that they had some timing issues with food and it would take forever, but they've ironed that out now. I think it tastes like all of the other Sabors in Charlotte.

We tried a lot of different things, first time in. Everything was on point and amazing. Empanadas, shredded chicken taco, beef taco, pico, chips, you name it. Everything was made fresh, correctly flavored and just as expected. This place is not your big burrito chain, don't worry. ????
