Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I love Bojangles and I loved it this time. The only problem I have with any fast food place these days is they don't include anything you'd need with your food anymore. Napkins are a necessity and I never get one anymore. Also, if I order coffee, I don't think it's too much to ask to expect cream and sugar with my order. If I was in the store, I know where it is, but I don't have it readily available in my car. Condiments would be nice as well. They used to just put it in, then they started asking, and now, they don't even bother to include ANYTHING. It was still one of the best steak biscuits I've ever had.

Bojangles, any Bojangles, has great food, but, everyone I have ever been to doesn't have the greatest of service. Many of the employees are not the nicest I've met.
I know these fast food places can get very busy at times, but that is no excuse for bad/ rude customer service.
Little advice to the employees, don't talk about personal things in front of customers, and, watch the language.

Great chicken. The tea can sometimes have a weird taste.

Was here twice this week...cinnamon twists not cooked enough...rest was fine.

I had a very good Cajun filet biscuit and fries. The dining area was pretty clean to be 9:00 a.m. after the morning rush. Also has plenty of space so your person that likes little more privacy then this Bojangles is better suited for you.
