Their food is awesome. Everytime we go there the food exceeds our expectations. Definitely the best hamburger steak I ever had in my life. A lot of the food is fresh made compared to these other restaurants that serve processed foods
This place has incredible potential... It's not quite there yet.
My first visit to the restaurant was shortly after they opened. I went in after the lunch rush and was about the only customer. The staff was friendly. There were a large number of off-duty employees hanging around
It took an incredibly long time to get my order which ended up being wrong.. I ordered a bacon barbecue burger. The cook forgot the bacon and it was missing the barbecue sauce. A manager kept walking back and forth and I eventually flagged her down since she was not stopping to check on me. When I told her that the bacon and sauce were missing, she looked at me as if I was not being honest. She came back with a plate with bacon on it and a small cup of the barbecue sauce.
I would have been a bit more impressed if she would have taken the burger back to the kitchen and then brought it back once corrected. The onion rings were absolutely AMAZING.
The second time, I took my family for dinner. Again, the wait staff was generally nice. They got the order correct but the food could have been better prepared. I had to have some of those onion rings again. This time, they were oily and the breading was falling off because the fryer was not hot enough. This was also the case on my third visit.
So, the place has a great menu and the potential to be a great restaurant, but they aren't showing any signs of improvement from the first time I went. As it is, it's just "okay" for me. I will probably not go back.
They food Is good. ( when the order is put In correctly)
The service or severs has there days.
Overall have patience and don’t let that be place of choice if your starving.
Neighborhood sports bar and restaurant. We have lived in the area for a couple of years, but first time trying the place out. Friendly staff who were very attentive. So far the only place to have been able to serve me an actual Black and Blue in the entire area (for you fellow Texans). There was an unfortunate issue with the power while we were there, which caused a major lag in orders being filled. Of course many complained, but that's always the reaction of the self-entitled. Not like it was the servers' faults. As soon as power was regained, orders flowed seamlessly and quickly. Overall a warm, welcoming place to hang out, grab a beer or martini, and enjoy the game.
This place is amazing! Our waitress Claudia gave over the top superb service and kitchen staff magically made our food (2 appetizers and 2 entrees) in about 10 minutes! I'm still in awe at the service. You can't get service like this at a McDonald's Drive through! Thank you guys and we will definitely be back for sure!!
