San Felipe Mexican Restaurant

Delicious food overall and very friendly staff. We eat at both this and the other Sanford location. Fajitas are fabulous. The main reasons we give it 4/5 is the poor quality of meat served in some dishes (a sad, thin fatty slice of steak) and the margarita quality. Sometimes they are great, sometimes they taste like sugary shelf bought mixers with no tequila.

Overall good and we will continue to eat there, and just make the margaritas at home.

I was visiting from New York and was looking for something with vegetarian options. This wasn’t far from where I was staying so I gave it a try.
The staff was friendly and explained some of the vegetarian options that weren’t explicitly listed on the menu.
I was able to replace the meat with potatoes in a burrito and had a spinach enchilada. The chips and salsa were fresh.

Typical Mexican restruant, staff super friendly. I'm not sure how these places don't. But its half the price of almost any other restaurant you go to, but the food is always good.

Good margaritas. Good chips and salsa. Nice atmosphere. Chimichanga was not crispy, ground beef had No flavor not even salt. I will try steak or chicken next time

Delicious food, clean appearance, decent prices, and fabulous wait staff. I absolutely loved my experience there. The $2.79 house margarita was honestly pretty good! I had low expectations considering the price, but I was totally blown away. And only $4.79 for a 32 oz beer, too.
