    Fatbabys is to my opinion the best place in Kinston to eat if you want country cooking its delicious.

    Great place for comfort food. Cafeteria style. One meat, two home cooked sides plus bread (hush puppies, rolls or biscuits) and a drink for under $9. They also have a menu with burgers and other sandwiches. We both had the fried chicken and mashed potatoes. The green beans and butter beans were flavorful and not just out of the can. Definitely recommend!
