Great subs and Lauren is so friendly
Excellent dining experience
The food, albeit sloppy, was very tasty. The employee, however, was rude. She was at the drink fountain when I arrived, and took her time getting to the other side of the counter. She had her phone on speakerphone, on hold for something. She walked up and said, "What do you want?" I proceeded to tell her what I would like and that I would like it toasted please. As the sandwiches come out of the toaster, whatever she was on hold for picked up. She got mad that she couldn't answer it, and sloppily put both footlongs together with few of the veggies that I requested. She then shoves them into the bag while I am reaching for my payment, to have it ready. She tells the total, I hand her the money, and she folds my receipt in half, puts the change on top of it, dumps it into my hand, drops the receipt on top, and walks away. No thank you, have a nice day, or anything. This isn't the first bad experience I have had with this particular employee. I understand having a bad day, but, you shouldn't take it out on the customers.
