Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I always get the fried cobb salad with no cheese. It's delicious. Service was fast.

I am giving Zaxbys a 3 star rating. The food was good but the service was not. I ordered my food online so it could be ready when I got there. I had a ready time for 6:41 pm yet I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food to be ready. People came in after me and left with their food. Unfortunately this is not the first time I had to wait for my meal at this location. The first time I went there my order was lost and I placed my order at the store that time. I don't think I will use the app because either way the service was not efficient.

The food was good, but it was a slow night when I stopped to get dinner. Not another person at the counter and two vehicles went through the drive thru while I waited for my order. The meals were good, but the staff read much more interested in each other. Several ran out the back door playing games, and the rest were yelling things not really appropriate for restaurant staff. I may give them another shot, but don't hope for much improvement.
