Taco Bell

I eat here from time to time normally on Saturday or Sunday whichever is my cheat day for my diet, I always get pretty good customer service however the reason I’m leaving a 3 star for this location is today when I’m sitting down eating I hear (who I assume is the manager) scolding one of the employees asking why something has been 7 minutes for the past hour. I couldn’t hear the employees response but based off how quiet it is in here I’m assuming he or she wasn’t yelling or back talking the manager but she started scolding this kid while there were customers that could hear instead of taking the kid to the back and telling him or her what they are doing wrong. I’m not saying the kid was in the right here because I don’t know the situation. Exactly but there are better ways to handle conversations like that, not to mention you’re working with kids you need to be better at managing them instead of scolding them like that. Come on Taco Bell you’re better than that. Teach your managers the right way to do things.

Set up online account and ordered. Was sent a text at 4:05pm saying my order was ready. After arriving at this Taco Bell I was handed my order at 4:30pm. It didn't appear they started making the order until I arrived and gave the cashier my name. Note, the restaurant was not busy. 2 customers inside and 1 at the drive in window. Now for the food. My wife said hers was good. Mine! Well, after I got the ingredients for my taco's from the bottom of the bag back on the ice cold tacos and burrito tasted like eating cold paper bag. Make your own decision about eating at this business.

Updated 2019. Last 3 visits service has been quick and order was correct. Hope it stays like this

I have mixed feeling about this location.
At 1st the counter service was not to my liking...... then I had to wait what I felt was long for my food. Then the lady brought my food to me and had a completely different demeanor, very pleasant and the food was the freshest I've ever had at a Taco Bell in quite sometime.
For an older location it seemed well kept and clean, especially for a very busy location.

I have loved taco bell for years. It's one of my favorite places to eat. They have a nice menu with various food items to satisfy your cravings. This establishment is also equipped with the self-order kiosks. This gives you the time to think and customize your orders. This also improves order placement accuracy as you yourself are the one entering in your order. After selecting your items, you enter your payment method. For cards you can pay at the kiosk. If paying in cash, just see the associate at the counter, give them your name, and they will be happy to accept your payment.
