    Parking could be a challenge during lunch time. Good option for a quick lunch

    The food was great; however, the manager mocked the male worker in front of customers when he accidentally dropped the tray. Extremely unprofessional on her part. Please provide customer service training to your managers.

    Cashier was very quick to get my order but didn't give me time to say I wanted a different cheese. Very awkward for me having to say my sandwich changes after saying what I wanted to drink and for a side. Food was delicious tho!

    Friendly service, nicely presented meal. Flavorful ingredients and good iced tea. First time going to this chain of restaurants butt portion seems slightly small for the price. Staff was very attentive disable service. Definitely would recommend a try and we'll be back again.

    I've always loved McAlister's! This was my second time at this location and the food was amazing! But we waited longer than usual for our food even though we were the only ones there! The lady that helped us didn't seem too happy either but the food makes a 4 star!
