    Its taco bell. What do you expect? Great late night/drunk food, as long as they get your order right. Which is about 75% of the time. Still was not right even when it was remade but it's not a big deal. Always super busy, but most of the staff is polite still.

    I can't remember the order takers name but he was great. Voice sounds like he should do radio or TV ads. Service fast always. One of the best locations in Charlotte

    It appears they are under new management! Which is a great thing! I go to taco bell a lot as a vegetarian and I would like the service to be good. The last few times I've went they were quick, friendly and efficient. I'm so happy. Keep doing what you're doing.
