Always consistent with service and food quality. Visited the location in the University area near The Boardwalk. Very spacious and the young people are very friendly.

Great service. Came in 5 minutes before closing after getting out of a late class and they were genuinely happy to serve me. No side-eye or resentment. Food was good as it always is.

Fresh. Quality... Love the "no bun" option; nice touch for those of us watching calories. Definitely get your money's worth here. Also can someone say "french fries galore"?! ????

Good, fast, attentive service at this location. Very polite workers also. The prices at 5 Guys keep climbing to the point it's going to price itself right out of the burger business. Other than that, good was hot, fresh and delicious.

Five guys is phenomenal. They are always quick even when they are extremely busy. I've visited locations all over Charlotte and they are very consistent in their service and quality. I love the little fries they added since the other sizes were always to big when eating alone. This will continue to be my go to place for an outstanding burger and fresh fries.
