Chicken Salad Chick

My first visit to Chicken Salad Chick and I was disappointed. I tried the fruit and nut chicken salad. It was good but had whole grapes and big chunks of apple. I also tried the lemon dill chicken salad. The scoop did not taste like dill or lemon and contained no nuts as described. I didn’t care for it. A gentlemen asked how our meal was and I told him. He said it had lemon pepper? I would not have ordered that and didn’t feel it was an accurate description. He did give us a replacement salad which nice. Fruit salad was also a bowl of grapes with one slice of strawberry. I asked for more fruit variety and got two more very small slices of strawberry.

I went there for the first time recently and loved it! The food was excellent and the atmosphere was casual and relaxed. This is now on my list of go-to places.

I will start by saying I very rarely if ever liked anyone's chicken salad ever. Until I was introduced to this place.. unbelievable. You can try each as you order. Believe me you will find a favorite and be back many times after. I have moved and the closest one I have is 40 miles away but ANYTIME i am with in 10 miles I will drive to get me this chicken salad!

My wife and son stopped in and for the second time they told us they have no sides such as crackers, broccoli salad, grape salad no fresh fruit two hours before they have closed. This is like if McDonalds ran out of hamburgers. This place use to be excellent but has went down hill. Hopefully they will start preparing and stocking up better. Hope they have something to order if you decide to try this place.

With the quick response from this company I have changed my star rating to a better rating. Once we return there and have a meal with no issues I will change this whole message and rate it a proper 5 star as I would any other.
