CAVA

Don’t normally leave reviews, but they asked me to when I walked in the store to pick up an order, so here we are. Been there twice. First time they didn’t have any of it done on time, and then they told me they were out of what I ordered, but they could sub some ingredients, which was fine. I paid an up charge for what they ran out of, and I didn’t get any of it back, so basically I just overpaid. The second time I went, there was barely any avocado (in the “avocado bowl”, and what was there was super brown. Otherwise the bowl was fine. Practically twice as much as Chipotle, but not as good and the ingredients don’t seem as fresh.

I must say I was impressed with Scott's customer service! I think he's a regional manager or someone of a higher position. I walked in not knowing this location was a self-serve kiosk location. The concept is contemporary, we just need to get accustomed to this concept as it will be the future form of service transactions. Thanks for your courtesy Scott. The food was delicious!

Love CAVA, was super excited for this location to open since it is very close and caters to the app which I also love. First order I placed I couldn’t get because the app showed incorrect hours and the order was placed after close. Manager was super understanding and accommodating, said come back whenever and they will make it right. Just got some dinner today and they made the meal I ordered plus chips and a drink, no questions asked, super friendly service. Great food, great service what more can you ask? Going to be a regular stop for me now
