Shake Shack

What a great addition for Chatlotte foodies. Burgers here are absolutely awesome. The atmosphere was great. I felt like I was at a picnic. The staff was so friendly and helpful
Just a great place to stop at on a night out in Charlotte

The food here is good quality and lives up to the shake shack name. The portions are on the small side. The food is overpriced in my humble opinion. I just think there are better places to go for a good burger. As for the food I really like the buns. The meat quality is good and they do a good job of mixing the cheese so it is all melty. The pickles are cut thick so don't get them if you like small dill pickles. The fries need some extra salt. Good place every once in a while, but I think other burger places are better.

First visit and most likely a one and done for this group. I give them 5 stars for service, management and employee were stopping by tables asking if everything was good or if anything was need. A very friendly staff. We just feel pricing a little high for value of the meal. We got burger, mushroom burger, 6 piece chicken bites, 1 fry, and 3 shakes was $37 before tax. Chicken bites were not eaten as too greasy. Everything else was good but not great. We did not complain as everyone's taste are different, just not our style and opinion of the meal. Place was busy so clearly a popular destination.

The first in Charlotte, many more to come? Shake shack it's a NY thing. high quality fast food chain. in a cool atmosphere. Fast Food is excellent but there is a wait. Very busy place and may be hectic at times.

Even though our food took forever to be prepared, it was delicious!! The hamburger is the best one I have had in a very long time, tasting of fresh beef and cooked to perfection. Their special sauce was the perfect accompaniment to the burger. The chicken bites were tender, crispy, and slightly peppery but made the most delicious bite dipped in honey mustard. We will definitely be returning!! I suggest you go at an "off" time or you'll be waiting several minutes for your food.
