Burger King

The place was clean and staff was nice. The service was ok. For it to be fast food, it really wasn't. The cashier was nice but didn't like her job at the time I was there.

Our order was taken quickly and employee's assistance was acceptable. The setting and cleanliness were as expected. The problem I had was it took 14 minutes to receive my order. We were asked to pull forward almost immediately after paying. I was never told there would be a delay until I paid. The sandwiches were warm and tasted fine. The chicken and fries were hot and good. If you are in a hurry move to the next restaurant.

I have been to this restaurant twice since it has been remodeled. Both experiences were amazing, the customer service was great, the food was hot and fresh and the wait was not long at all. I live in south Charlotte and the Burger king close to me by the mall it's awful, long waits, disgusting attitudes from the managers and even worse rocky hard cold food, that's if everything that you ordered is in the bag. I drive almost 20 minutes to this location just to avoid other places. Kudos!
