Pros: Good food, good portions, good price great staff!
Mid: access to the building a little tricky, corn bread wasn’t so good, but could have just been a random bad batch.
Cons: building interior could use a little renovation, nothing dealbreaking or dangerous just could use some TLC.
Enjoyed it and definitely would come again! -

(February 3, 2019, 5:18 pm)I'm sure part of the review is sentiment since I have been going here since I was about 10 years old, but their stuffed chicken is still amazing and the fried squash is the best in Charlotte. I wish they could fix up the place a bit, and an actual affordable lunch menu would be great.

(February 3, 2019, 4:55 pm)The best home cooking bang for your buck food that your gonna get. Ask for Jess or Hannah. They are the best waitresses and so helpful and nice! You’re going to love it! Just don’t expect a fancy place. It’s an old school dive diner but it’s soooo good!
