    The food is ALWAYS GOOD..FRESH and HOT!! The young lady at the counter is always friendly and welcoming!! ????????????????????????????

    The best hidden gem of it's genre in Charlotte. I have never had better fried squash. Friendly and reasonable and home-cooked. The Chuckwagon steak is to die for, and after 48 years in business, they have perfected the art of delicious.

    I have been eating their food for over 30 years. Friendly neighborhood take out joint. They have a big menu but some prices seem too high lately. I still go but choose more carefully. Get the squash and be sure to get a large iced tea!!!

    Love this place!!
    This establishment is run meticulously- we're fans of this superb homemade taste! Neatly packaged To-Go. Quick!! Best okra I’ve had in a long time!!
    Whole family, even the kids- rave about eating here.

    I've loved this place for 10 years. The baked chicken on Thursday is awesome. You can't go wrong. Nice staff and nice food. I've never had a bad experience here.
