    This is the only Dunkin I like to go to. Customer service has been great. Chris is awesome and my kids love him

    It's a sad state of affairs that basic pleasant service from a fast food place is worth 5 stars, but here we are. The employees were pleasant, fast, and accurate. I was able to get in and out with an accurate order with no hassle. It's a very nice change of pace from so many other places in Charlotte. So much so that what should be a basic feature of any service business feels really special. I absolutely recommend this shop if you're looking to pick up some doughnuts.
