    Loved the service despite of their smoothie machine is not working

    The drive thru member at this location was AWESOME!! She was very pleasant to speak to. She was apologetic as she explained that one of the items (carmel frappe) was not available due to the machine being down. I was so intrigued by her response that even I didnt make a fuss about it. I only gave 4 stars because they gave me the wrong sandwich in my customers order. When i called, the manager was sort of pleasant. But enough to handle my request which was replace the wrong sandwich.
