    We ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and strawberry lemonade and green tea. Food and drinks were good. We waited 12 minutes in the drive thru. That sucked!

    I have always had great luck this location. This sounds crazy, but I had the best spicy chicken sandwich from this location that I have ever eaten! trust me, I have eaten a million of them over the years all over the country. Food is always fresh and you feel like you get what you paid for.

    97.4 rating. Restaurant is neat. Carpet doesn't smell bad. Can't complain about the service...all of the staff appeared to be mellow. Neatest location I have been to in Charlotte.

    Actually a decent experience this time... drive thru line was long, but went faster than usual. And my order was spot on! I suspect there may be either different management or employees that actually care about doing a good job. I give them an A this go-around!
