Great vibe! Plays music while eating. The turkey leg was terrific, but the side items were ok (yams, canned Glory greens, and mac).

You will have an 18 percent gratuity added to your bill. Each party is given a two-hour limit to stay in the venue/table. We were told to get up and leave by a security guard. There are no signs anywhere in the restaurant that states that to warn people.

This place was a whole vibe with the live music/DJs. The food was awesome and the amount you get per plate was plenty. We ordered 3 different type of drinks and all were delicious, highly recommended!

Nice vibe and the food was good. My waitress was also very polite and friendly. I ordered the Jive Turkey and I have no complaints other than I wish I had more macaroni and cheese on the plate. The food was good. When we arrived the hostess let us know approximately how long it would take for the food to be prepared, which I understood and appreciated. It’s a new place so I understand they still have a few things they are working out which is to be expected at a new restaurant but overall I definitely enjoyed the food and will return to try it again.

Smokehouse CLT is the place to be. You can get a turkey leg stuffed with Mac and cheese greens & more .

This place is more like a party environment if you ask me so if that bothers you just try and go when they first open the doors . They offer hookah for those that indulge in that. People are comparing this place to the Turkey Leg hut but I’m going to have to say they might even be better than the Turkey leg hut do to the way the meat slide off the bones my god !

We tried the surf and turf Turkey leg with us stuffed with 5oz lobster tail, shrimp drizzled with Cajun garlic butter. In my opinion you could share these Turkey legs with another person it’s sooo much food! The other one we tried was the jive Turkey stuffed with Mac & cheese,greens,& yams . When you go you must order one of the giant mixed drink towers , so take a group of friends with you . Our waitress Jasmine made our time here a delight . The menu here is endless and I want to go back for brunch !

The meat falls off the bone so nice and sweet so slide right on over the Smokehouse Clt .
