(March 20, 2019, 10:21 am)Great friendly service and excellent food. The Pollo Loco was outstanding. Margaritas are good and large. Decent selection of Mexican beers on draft. Quiet for a late dinner on both Monday and Tuesday for us.

(March 17, 2019, 1:36 am)Los Arcos always has the best Mexican food in Charlotte. Whether it’s the lunch buffet or regular menu items, the food is great, staff is always very attentive and friendly. Great value for the excellent quality of food.

(March 6, 2019, 12:17 pm)The lunch buffet is fresh and varied which is why I keep coming back. I'd go 5 stars, but nothing on buffet is labeled so it's your best guess to know what some items are. Also, popular things like guacamole are often empty so multiple trips up and down from my table are a hassle. Label your items. Keep it stocked. Then 5-Star. Good lunch value though.
