    Really good breakfast. Chairs werent the greatest but the staff was friendly as well.

    Wendy's at the Charlotte Douglas international airport has very good people working there. They are friendly and the service is fast. I work at the airport and go there on my lunch break knowing that I don't have to wait a long time for my food.

    The store has recently been remodeled. After it was completed the service improved. When they are busy the lines move too slow. The service is not consistent. You may or may not receive courteous service.

    I got a Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe. It was cold including the cheese and not very well put together. This is the case each time I order it. Their chili is excellent. I love it.

    I will continue to go. The price is right.

    Front line employee seemed annoyed to be helping customers. Abruptly handled all objects, stood on her phone while people waited. Wendy's should probably find a better representative to interface with customers.

    Separate note...the food was good and fresh.
