Pizza was good, but service wasn't fast in airport standards. Be sure to have extra time to spare if you would like to eat here.
Love Kim, Mike, my managerDeryll, great staff so friendly out on injury cannot wait to see them
The pizza here is pretty good, not fancy super gourmet pizza but still nice. Somewhere between pizza hut and Costco pizza. I found it to be a bit pricey even for airport food. I had pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives my wife had the ham pizza both were cooked well with crispy crust. The place is a bit hard to see among the other shops. I hope this review is at least 200 words so that I can finally unlock an extra badge and here's some more words just in case.
I didn't have high hopes for the quality of food at this place (it's in an airport after all), but I was very pleasantly surprised.
My family ordered three pizzas, but the cashier forgot to enter one of them. When we only got two pizzas, I asked for the other one and they made it up right away and gave me a discount for my inconvenience. They apologized and made it right which is all you can ask for as a reasonable person.
Back to the quality of food. This pizza is delicious! My daughter had bacon and pineapple and the pineapple was really fresh and tasty. My wife and I had the Margherita pizza and again I was impressed with the freshness of the basil and all the ingredients.
The trash cans were overflowing, but other than that this was a very positive experience with airport food. I would definitely come back on my next layover in Charlotte.
