McDonald's

Always awesome. Staff is friendly and I seldom have to wait for my mocha. There have been a few times it was not made well and they took it back and made another without hesitation. This is the best McDondald's on the EAST side to me.

UPDATE: Changing score from 1 star to 4. I'm not sure what happened but this place seems a lot better these days. I believe the staff may have changed somewhat. They can actually consistently make good ice coffee now! Drive thru has been less slow as well.

I go here all the time (unfortunately) due to the close proximity to my home.

I prefer the ice coffee when it is good but usually only about half the cups I get here are worth it. I really don't think they have any system at all for making coffees since every single one tastes different.

I wait in the drivethru line for far too long. It's quite embarrassing actually. Getting through the line takes 10 minutes minimum in the morning. The really hilarious part is when I get to the 2nd window after paying and they are just starting to make my order.

There are many issues with this McDonald's but these are my biggest gripes.
