Starbucks

What can I say other than I'm not really fond of this store I prefer the Idlewild location or the Matthew's location. The last two times I've come to the store I really haven't had a great experience. It seems like the store employees are either a unhappy with their job or just don't want to be there. I have tried talking to several of the people and they act like I was bothering when I was asking something for my purchase. And I ordered three small pink drinks from my daughter and her two cousins and I ordered me a large caramel caramel frappe with extra Carmel. Well the three pink drinks were made right away and I had to wait like 5 to 10 minutes for my caramel frappe I just thought it was a little odd that those drinks at there and for almost ten minutes while I had to wait for my other drink. I understand the stores new and they probably got a lot of things to work on but I'm not going to come back here I don't feel welcome

So I don't go to starbucks...I know..! But today I ordered something that was recommended to me. I definitely ordered it wrong and they were so kind to fix it for me the correct way!! I'm a coffee ordering amateur!

Nice Starbucks right when you're leaving Charlotte. Seems to be pretty newly constructed. It was the middle of the afternoon, but I went in and got my coffee quickly with no wait whatsoever. Interior was nice and clean.
