    The Beef Brisket! The smell. The atmosphere. The cool staff! Love this place! And the bourbon selection is top notch! Mckenzie was awesome!

    Food was unbelievable. Got the pick 4 combo at the pig out size and the brisket and burned ends were fire. The ribs were awesome. Great customer service. Definitely a great place for bbq.

    I live about 90 miles from Charlotte a.d was checking out the "famous" hardware store. They told me about Midwood Smokehouse. They are some of the best ribs I have ever had. Nice and meaty and very flavorful. Service was superb for being 3pm on Sat. Will be going back when I AM IN CHARLOTTE. Rob M.

    It was pretty ok. The pork was delicious. I had the Eastern style and it was a great flavor. The only thing that could have made it better were to have more sides to pick from. I didn't really want French fries (regular or sweet potato) so I got the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was just not good to be honest. Even my son who loves mac and cheese got it as his side as well and wouldn't eat anymore past the first bite.

    This joint did not disappoint. Ribs, brisket, and burnt ends..perfection. Excellent sauce, and an awesome aesthetic. Jason our server knew his stuff and got our entire crew exactly what we needed. Great draft selection and some awesome craft whiskey. Bring your friends this stuff is good.
